What are your hours of operation?
All services provided are by direct appointment between the Member and staff. Most appointments take place Monday-Friday, between 8:00am-6:00pm. However, late evening and weekend appointments are available as well.
What qualifications do the staff have?
All employees of PRISM Independent Living Services undergo a pre-employment background check, including sex-offender registry, and a comprehensive training program upon hire. CPR and First Aid certifications are required
Are you vendored by Regional Center?
PRISM Independent Living Services is vendored by the Regional Center of Orange County.
Where and when do services take place?
Training sessions take place in the Member's home and natural surrounding community (grocery stores, banks, pharmacies,etc) depending on the skill being worked on. Sessions are scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date and time between the Member and staff. We work around Member's work/school/day program schedule and any other commitments the Member has.
How do I join PRISM ILS?
